Hon. Esosa Iyawe Equips New Era College with State-of-the-Art ICT Facility

Benin City, – Hon. Esosa Iyawe, representing Oredo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, today officially handed over a new Information and Communications Technology (ICT) facility to New Era College in Benin City. The facility, a significant investment in the college's educational resources, includes 41 computers, a projector, and a solar-powered inverter system to guarantee reliable power supply.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Rep. Iyawe emphasized his commitment to empowering the younger generation with vital ICT skills necessary for success in today's rapidly evolving technological landscape. He highlighted the importance of creating a conducive learning environment where students can thrive and develop the skills needed to compete globally.

This initiative, Rep. Iyawe stated, is just the beginning. He announced plans to extend similar ICT upgrades to other schools across Oredo Federal Constituency as part of a broader effort to invest in education and technology within the constituency. The goal, he said, is to empower students and foster innovation.
