Washington Osifo, Aghedo Oscar Onaiwu Sworn In to Key Edo State Positions

Dr. Washington Osifo and Mr. Aghedo Oscar Onaiwu have been sworn in by the Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, to serve in key positions within the state government.

Dr. Washington Osifo was sworn in as the Commissioner for Education, while Mr. Aghedo Oscar Onaiwu was inaugurated as a member of the Edo State Local Government Service Commission.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony, Governor Okpebholo charged both appointees to bring their wealth of experience, professional capacity and commitment to bear on their respective responsibilities.

The Governor emphasized the importance of effective leadership and result-oriented governance, urging the new appointees to contribute meaningfully to the administration’s efforts to strengthen institutions and improve service delivery across Edo State.
